Brogan is president of New Marketing Labs, a social media agency, and frequently speaks at and attends marketing and social media events. Giles joined The Economist as a Finance Correspondent in 1988. He then moved to Paris as the newspaper's European Business Correspondent before returning to London as Finance Editor. During his time as Managing Director of the group's US operations, Giles earned an executive MBA from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. Since the start of 2008, he has been covering finance and business issues from the United States and is currently the paper's Management Correspondent.

Through her company, Altimeter Group, she provides clients with a pragmatic approach to using new technologies. She is the co-author of Groundswell, one of Amazon's top 10 business books of 2008, and author of the new book Open Leadership.

Li is one of the foremost experts on social media and technologies, and a consultant and independent thought leader on leadership, strategy, social technologies, interactive media and marketing. Formerly, she was Vice President and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research and a consultant with Monitor Group.
