Renfrow has extensive experience in the retail industry, where she has worked in retail operations and management, consulting, sales, marketing and operations for software development, and information technology companies.

Prior to joining SAS, Renfrow was Vice President of Retail and Consumer Products Industry Consulting for Siemens Business Services LLC; before that, she spent 15 years with Unisys Corp., where her last position was US Retail Industry Director in the Information Services Division. Renfrow is a frequent contributor to key industry publications and speaks regularly at industry conferences.
