Scott Evangelista leads Deloitte's commercial consulting practice for the life sciences sector. He brings 20 years of experience specializing in commercial strategy and operations. Prior to joining Deloitte, Evangelista was the founder and managing partner of Swiftwater Group LLC, which focused on life sciences companies.
Evangelista has worked with numerous companies, helping them rethink their commercial strategies and operating models. He has launched several brands and managed strategic brand planning and pricing initiatives. He rounds out this experience by working on clinical development and regulatory, giving him a broad context in which to frame commercial issues.
Evangelista received a BS from Boston University, School of Management and an MS in MIS from Boston University/MIT, Boston University Graduate School of Management.
Daniel Feldman, PhD
Director, Oncology Market Research, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and VP of Pharmaceutical Management Science Association
Daniel J. Feldman supports market research initiatives for Bristol-Myers Squibb's oncology franchise. He was also the 2008-2009 President and 2009-2010 Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Management Science Association (PMSA).
Feldman was previously employed at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Forest Laboratories in management science for neuroscience and ophthalmology. He also worked as an analytic consultant for NDCHealth (now Wolters Kluwer Health) and as an independent agent with his own consulting company, Colligation LLC.
Feldman is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist practicing in Manhattan and consulting on clinical, non-pharmacological research grants primarily funded by the NIH at New York Presbyterian-Columbia and Mount Sinai hospitals. He obtained his PhD in clinical neuropsychology from the University of Cincinnati.
Life Sciences Practice Principal, SAS
Patrick Homer is a futurist and thought leader in the field of transformational analytics in commercial pharma. He currently leads SAS' global commercial pharma practice and has been involved with both strategy and development of the company's solutions in this area.
Homer has extensive experience within the US and European pharma sectors, including leading the design and introduction of SAS® for Physician Targeting. Prior to SAS, he was a business development director at Innovex Limited, the commercial division of Quintiles, providing salesforce initiatives to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. He also worked as a national sales manager in the pharma industry, building and running four sales teams.
Homer holds a master's degree in business administration from University College of Cardiff Business School and a bachelor's degree in microbiology from University College of Swansea.
