Terry Donofrio is the President of Retail Systems & Services, a retail industry consultancy. He has served the retail industry as a consultant, trainer, lecturer and systems specialist for more than 25 years. Donofrio is a specialist in advanced merchandise planning processes, methods, procedures, organizations, systems and training. He has worked with many discount, department and specialty chains both in the US and internationally to develop and implement their planning processes, organization and system support as well as provide training.
Richard Flaks is a senior executive in the retail industry, having served most recently as Senior Vice President of Planning, Allocation and Information Technology at The Children's Place. Prior to joining The Children's Place, Flaks was Vice President of Planning and Allocation at the Victoria's Secret Stores Division of Limited Brands. Prior to that position, Flaks spent four years in positions of increasing responsibility within the Burdine's Division of Federated Department Stores Inc., including in the role of Vice President of Planning for several different departments.
Colleen Gauthier is the Senior Manager of Business Analysis in IT at Academy Sports + Outdoors, one of the largest sporting goods retailers in the US, with over 100 stores across the Southeast. In this role, Gauthier’s focus areas include e-commerce, marketing, and strategic initiatives in the areas of space planning, merchandise planning, supply chain and replenishment, as well as buying and global sourcing.
Saurabh Gupta is a Senior Solutions Specialist at SAS, where he is responsible for product management of retail solutions, including those related to financial planning, assortment planning, allocation, revenue optimization, size optimization and space planning. Gupta has more than 10 years of experience specializing in large-scale systems analysis, design and implementations in the areas of supply chain management, revenue optimization and demand management. Prior to joining SAS, Gupta was at i2 Technologies, where he was responsible for implementations of end-to-end business solutions in areas of collaborative supply chain management and price management.
