Jennifer Mann, Vice President of Human Resources (HR) for SAS, is responsible for developing and guiding SAS' HR vision and articulating the organization's strategy to help acquire, develop, reward, and retain the best talent. In this role, Mann leads a team of over a 100 employees who partner with SAS business units to maximize the potential of SAS' greatest asset, the employees, by delivering HR programs that drive innovation and creativity.
Known for leading change and promoting an environment of innovation, Mann has changed the way the HR organization works by aligning HR with business objectives that drive results. She drove this transformation by building a global HR organization focused on HR programs that improve employee and company performance.
Mann joined SAS in 1998 as a HR Manager where she worked closely with executive leadership on performance management and organizational effectiveness initiatives. She managed a HR team who supported more than 3,500 employees and 400 managers in Worldwide Marketing and Research and Development.
Prior to joining SAS, Mann was a HR Director for Micron CMS in Research Triangle Park, NC.
In addition to working at SAS, Mann is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management and has served as a company sponsor and mentor for one of SAS’ high potential leadership programs.
Mann received her bachelor degree in Psychology and Business from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina.
