Stage 5 - Project Summation
This stage includes final acceptance and sign-off by the customer.
The SAS Project Manager and Account Manager are jointly responsible for 'closing down' the
project to the customer's satisfaction.
Closedown includes post-project customer review meetings and summation activities that look at
measures of success. It may also include a plan for re-engaging with the customer on further
projects to support the strategic business vision and any customer reference activities agreed may
be initiated now.
Later follow-up activities are designed to track end user satisfaction, the business benefits delivered
and return on investment.
