Stage 4 - Project Execution
This stage provides managed delivery of the solution as described in
the Project Plan; detailed planning will ensure smooth deployment on time, within budget
and to agreed quality standards.
It includes regular reporting and review meetings at a frequency agreed with the customer against
agreed functionality, milestones, cost estimates and other project measures. Any issues raised are
immediately dealt with according to the agreed escalation route determined in the PDD.
By this time, the Risk, Issue and Change logs are working documents that are reviewed and revised
throughout execution, together with the documented control procedures for quality and configuration
management.
The output is a best-fit solution that meets customer expectations.
