The SAS PMM does not replace implementation frameworks like the Rapid Warehousing Methodology or SAS methodologies to enable delivery of Data Mining, CRM or ABM solutions - rather, it imposes management discipline and control throughout these and any other SAS project.

It provides the link between business vision, technology and SAS deliverables. The result is a more effective delivery of a 'best fit' solution, whatever the size or complexity of the project.
