SAS Certified Professional examinations now even better value!

Obtaining certification is becoming increasingly necessary for IT professionals to remain competitive in the job market. Employers perceive employees with certification as being more competent and productive, whilst employees view certification as contributing to their professional credibility.

The 2003 Salary Survey conducted by Certification Magazine revealed that:

  • 68% of respondents feel more secure in their jobs due to certification
  • 76% report that certification gives them a high level of confidence in the work they do
  • 70% said that being certified earns them more respect from managers and peers
  • 61% have seen a greater demand for their skills since becoming certified
As the demand for and the number of SAS users and consultants continues to grow, the need to distinguish between those who have mastered a specified level of competence in their use of SAS products and solutions versus those who have not becomes increasingly important.

The SAS Certified Professional Program provides the qualifications to assess SAS knowledge at a job role level and becoming a SAS Certified Professional is now even better value!

The SAS Certified Professional examinations are now available for £81 +VAT (previously £109 + VAT).

The SAS Certified Professional Program is made up of five tracks with each certification requiring the successful completion of one or more exams to earn a credential. The exams are developed according to defined international standards and based on survey results and feedback from SAS users.
