Using your data to improve the delivery of value.
Six Sigma is an increasingly widespread approach to using data to increase the value delivered by any business process. Six Sigma involves many aspects, ranging between performance management, change management, data availability, data quality and the appropriate use of data analysis methods. At its heart, though, lies the simple idea of using data generated by operations to make the new and valuable insights required to sustain a virtuous circle of improvement in results and outcomes.
Even though Six Sigma dates back more than twenty years, it continues to grow and evolve: In spite of some obvious and conspicuous successes, real-world adoption and usage is often hampered by a failure of traditional approaches to adequately reflect the essential way in which new insights can actually be discovered. In addition, the increasing availability of data in almost every business setting demands a rethinking of traditional approaches if useful conclusions from data are to follow.
If you are an existing or aspiring Six Sigma practitioner or stakeholder, you are invited to attend a half-day seminar and optional workshop to see how Visual Six Sigma can both streamline and generalise the traditional approach by which you can move from your data to new insights.
Visual Six Sigma simultaneously removes waste from the process of data analysis and also makes it more suited to a broader community of business users who simply want or need to use their data to make things better.
- The seminar shows Visual Six Sigma in action using realworld case studies
- The optional workshop allows you to try out the Visual Six Sigma Roadmap for yourself
Both are free of charge and are scheduled as follows:
