The Rapid Adoption Service will help you to implement new processes, policies and applications. It enables you to design, develop and deliver computer-based SAS® training for multiple users around the organisation – making it easy for them to learn or update the specific skills they need to operate your SAS software and solutions.
Service Description
The Rapid Adoption Service is offered in association with our partner company STT (Software Training Technology) – the enterprise application training division of Kaplan IT Learning.
Using an innovative simulation authoring tool, we will help you to quickly create your own simulations, documentation and help files to fast-track the learning process when staff are presented with new SAS implementations or upgrades to existing applications.
Users can then be trained simultaneously across multiple locations, and at their own desktops – using the simulation programme as ‘standalone’ training or as part of a ‘blended’ programme involving more traditional approaches such as classroom-based, instructor-led tuition.
We will also work with you to generate reports on training progress and assess user competence after training – helping you to monitor the effectiveness of existing training programmes and to identify new training requirements.

We have templates for the full range of SAS software and solutions to help your training and documentation developers off to a fl ying start.
In delivering the Rapid Adoption Service, our consultants will provide as much or as little support as your team needs to begin creating bespoke SAS training programmes using our SAS templates.
In delivering the service, our consultants and trainers will help you to:
- Review the project requirements with your training and documentation developers
- Establish the specifi c training required for
- individuals or groups
- Advise on the appropriate standards and templates for content development
- Determine any new content development requirements
- Confi gure the standard content in the authoring environment
- Train all authors in the STT Trainer toolset (using a combination of Instructor Led Training, eLearning, Coaching and Mentoring or Computer Simulations as appropriate)
- Prepare customised author training based on the agreed standards and the target applications
- Monitor progress and provide individual coaching and group clinics to ensure new skills are properly transferred.
Service Deliverables
Once the project is completed, our consultants will provide you with a document detailing the skills and techniques that have been covered during the project to ensure effective knowledge sharing with your team.
