The Live Web ExperienceWhat do I need to participate?All you need to attend Live Web classes is a Web browser with sound and a microphone or a telephone. How do I register?Simply book online in the usual way. What happens after I register?Once you have registered you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to join the class three business days before the class begins. The instructions e-mail includes a link to download the course materials. You need to download and print the course materials prior to the start of the class. System RequirementsFor most Live Web classes you will complete the course exercises through our virtual lab. The virtual lab allows you to access the software used in the class over the internet so you won't need it installed on your machine. The following operating systems are suitable for Live Web classes: AudioThe audio for this course is delivered through Voice over IP. For this you will need some headphones or headset which you can plug into your PC. If your computer does not have this functionality then you can also connect to the meeting through an audio conference. Course MaterialsTo obtain the course materials you need
To view and print the course materials, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download available). For best printing results select the Acrobat printer icon in the top left corner of the document instead of printing from the browser window.
