Introduction to SAS® for Customer Experience Analytics – 3 days
Description
This course is aimed at SAS consultants and accredited partners who need to understand the components of SAS for Customer Experience Analytics for implementation and ‘proof of concept’ projects. The course focuses on how SAS for Customer Experience Analytics integrates with the dynamic data collection, data transformation and analytical capabilities pre-built into the information maps and reports available through the SAS®9 Enterprise Intelligence platform.
Prerequisite Skills
Before attending this course, you should be familiar with SAS’ data integration and business intelligence tools. You should also be familiar with the management console and stored processes.
