Description
This course focuses on producing basic listing output and RTF, PDF, and HTML output from SAS data using ODS with the DATA step and SAS procedures. The course also covers how to produce output data sets. Creating new ODS styles and storing ODS style templates are discussed. You also learn the specific style options that are available with several procedures, including PROC TABULATE and PROC REPORT.
Prerequisites
Before attending this course, you should: Submit SAS programs on your operating system. Understand how to access SAS files and identify external files (using fully qualified path names, as in the FILENAME statement.) Be able to create SAS output. Be able to use the basic features of base SAS procedures. You can gain this by completing the SAS Essentials: An Introduction to SAS Programming course.
