This course is intended for SAS Marketing Automation users who create and execute campaigns and define the Marketing Automation environment.
Description
This course provides a detailed understanding of how to use SAS Marketing Automation to create and execute campaigns and communications. Specifically, you learn how to create a campaign, work with diagrams to create a target population, and define the communications. The course also demonstrates how to view and modify the schedules of all campaigns and their communications, how to change the status of a campaign, and how to execute a campaign. In addition, you learn how to export data to a file or a table and how to use analytics to refine your selections. You also use SAS Management Console to define the Campaign Studio environment, including campaign definitions, export definitions, and communication definitions. The process to execute scheduled communications is also addressed.
