SAS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY SCHEDULING OF ANY COMPETITION OR PROMOTION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

SAS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR SUSPEND COMPETITION OR PROMOTION WITHOUT NOTICE AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON.

Eligibility

You are eligible to enter the competition or qualify for the promotional item if you are:

• A UK citizen or a legal resident of the UK at all times during the contest.
• 18 years old or older at time of entry.
• Not an employee of SAS.

Terms and Conditions – Binoculars

• Offer only available for public courses run by SAS UK within the United Kingdom taken between 2 April 2012 and 30 June 2012. Customer specific training, courses run by SAS partners, events (including the SAS Professionals Convention) and distance learning (including live web courses) are excluded.
• Only booking forms, (paper-based or online), clearly marked with the campaign code ('BINOCULARS') completed for a public course starting on or before 30 June 2012.
• If the learner cancels or postpones their course to another occurrence after 31 March 2012, they will not be eligible to receive the promotional gift.
• If SAS cancels or postpones an eligible course then the learner will be able to claim their promotional gift after their attendance of the postponed course, or their completion of another public training course. This promotion is exclusive of all other promotions. No cash substitute is available.
• The value of the gift is approximately £25.00
• The final gift may vary from that depicted. SAS reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of equivalent value.
