Resumo da apresentação: By using SAS Activity Based Management Nordssjaellands Hospital is now able to put price on everything in the productionproces from the first consultation with the patient to the operation and the nursing and recovery afterwards. All elements from simple and complex activities to medicin and implants are included and managed in the pricing proces, also called ABC. The presentation will focus on the outcome and usability of ABC in public healthcare especially in a time with tight budget and growing expectations of citizens to access health services and general shortage of educated health personnel.
