In the last six years SAS and ISCTE have deeply increased their research and learning relationship trough common projects. The biggest one was the creation of a master degree in Business Intelligence (Mestrado em Sistemas Integrados de Apoio à Decisão -MSIAD) supported by the SAS® Enterprise Intelligence Platform. Last year we present students case studies in Balanced Scorecard. This year we present a summary of our research and learning in Data Warehousing, namely:

Maria José Trigueiros is Professor in ISCTE where she lectures in Decision Support Systems (and Business Intelligence. She created and coordinates the Master degree in Integrated DSS. Prof. Trigueiros is a Mathematician with a Master degree in Computer Science and PhD in Operation Research. She is especially interested in DSS for University Efficiency and integrated frameworks for Business Intelligence.
