Martin is Partner at Accenture and manager of the Global CRM Service line in the Benelux. He has 15 years of experience in business strategy and IT consulting. His competencies include competitive strategy, market analysis, consumer segmentation, consumer needs analysis, customer segmentation, brand management, yield management and pricing strategies, web channel development, call centre integration, CRM, internet database marketing, campaign management and customer loyalty program development. Martin has studied Information Sciences at the HES and has an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus Graduate School of Business.
