BIOGRAFIE Frank van den Broek, Director European Patent Office. Mr. van den Broek has graduated from the Royal Military Academy and the University of Tilburg. After having served as an Officer in various financial/controlling oriented posts in the Dutch Royal Airforce, he joined the Ministry of Defense as a civil servant managing a financial control unit. Since 1991, he has been working for the European Patent Office in Munich in Controlling functions dealing with matters of i.a. organisation development, performance management, planning and the like.
