Kundefokus flytter grænser

Forsikringsselskaberne leverer ikke jubeloptimistiske regnskaber. Combined ratio er under pres, og omkostningsprocenten er i bedste fald tæt på uændret. Samtidig har langt de fleste selskaber optimeret deres processer og gjort sig så "lean" som muligt. De næste kvartaler står barometret på "foranderligt", og netop vintervejrets uforudsigelighed slår direkte igennem på selskabernes bundlinje.
