Gary Cokins is an internationally recognized expert, speaker and author in advanced cost management and performance improvement systems. Gary received a BS degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Cornell University in 1971 and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 1974. He has consulted with Deloitte, KPMG and EDS. Gary is also a strategist for performance management solutions with SAS.

He is the author of several books related to Performance Management and Activity-Based Management.  

Bruno Alexandrian works in the Finance Department at Barclays Bank PLC France and is in charge of the systems and projects (Management information system, cost reallocation, accounting, Basel II, Sepa, etc.).He got his degree at the Ecole Centrale de Lyon en 1992 and built up his professional experience in the following organizations:

• Barclays : Head of Finance Projects & Systems (2006-now)
• Computer Science Corporation (consultancy) : Manager in Financial Services (1998-2006)
• Credit du Nord (retail banking) : Project Manager (1994-1998)
