Gary Cockins

Gary Cokins is an internationally recognized expert, speaker and author in advanced cost management and performance improvement systems. Gary received a BS degree in Industrial Engineering/Operations Research from Cornell University in 1971 and his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 1974. He has consulted with Deloitte, KPMG and EDS. Gary is also a strategist for performance management solutions with SAS.


He is the author of several books related to Performance Management and Activity-Based Management.  
 

Hendrik Vanmaele

Prof. Hendrik Vanmaele is Chief Executive Officer for MÖBIUS, a consulting company with over 120 consultants specialized in Business Process Management and Supply Chain Management. He is also a part-time professor at the Universiteit Gent and The Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
Hendrik Vanmaele has an engineering degree and a M.Sc in Industrial Management. He studied at the Cornell University (USA) and obtained a Ph.D. in Industrial Management.

As a professional consultant, Prof. Vanmaele is involved with several companies and public organizations for the strategic and tactical redesign of their processes, management structures and improvement methodology.
As an academic, Prof. Vanmaele is specialized in the application of simulation and optimization techniques supporting analysis and redesign exercises.
He is the author of many national and international publications on Supply Chain Management and Business Process Management.
