Dear Readers, At the end of the academic year, I would like to share SAS news with you: also this year we organize the "Summer-of-SAS" for young graduates, you can apply for the SAS Student Ambassador Competition 2008, we invite you at our yearly SAS Forum Belgium-Luxembourg. Are you ready to become a SAS Student Ambassador? SAS Belgium-Luxembourg has an excellent track of successful SAS Student Ambassadors. This Program is a competition designed to recognize and support student researchers who use SAS technologies to benefit their fields of study. The selected students will earn the opportunity to present their research to a global community of SAS users at SASŪ Global Forum, which will be held March 22-25, 2009, in the National Harbor, Maryland. SAS will pay travel expenses and registration fees for Student Ambassadors who attend and present their research. Have a look at last year winners. The deadline for submitting applications and all required materials - including an abstract and a working draft of the paper - is October 13, 2008. SAS Forum Belgium-Luxembourg, October 9, 2008 in Louvain-la-Neuve Mark your agenda for this unique one-day conference where hundreds of SAS software users come together to discuss about the contribution SAS is making to their business, research or teaching. SAS Forum is a great opportunity for you to share ideas, explore new ways of using SAS software, attend demonstrations, participate in workshops and learn from others' experiences.
