SAS awarded major contract by CUA – Australia’s largest customer owned financial institutionSAS solution enables deeper customer insights for smarter marketing decisionsBRISBANE, Australia (05 Oct 2010) – SAS Australia has today announced that it has been awarded a major software contract by CUA (Credit Union Australia). When installed, the SAS solution will provide CUA with the ability to draw greatly enhanced insights into the nature of the organisation’s more than 400,000 customers who are serviced through its 70 branch outlets and online. Announcing the order, SAS said users of its SAS® Customer Intelligence integrated platform for enterprise marketing management gain the benefits of a single view of their customers and product profitability. This enables better and more timely decisions about what to offer to which customers and when. CUA is Australia’s largest customer owned financial institution and has been a SAS customer since 2007.
