Graham Puglisi, Professional Services Director
SAS Australia and New Zealand

Graham Puglisi

Graham Puglisi was appointed to the then newly-created role of Professional Services Director, SAS Australia & New Zealand, in December 2006.

He is based at the SAS’ Sydney head office and is responsible for the continuing development of consulting operations across all SAS business lines, and for both the private and public sectors – as well as with the SAS community of alliance partners.

He has more than 20 years experience in the information technology industry. This has mostly been in the capacity of senior Practice Manager and Project Manager for large scale undertakings, including complex business-critical projects across multiple sites and with multiple partner organisations and large scale staff and contractor deployments.

Graham Puglisi’s particular areas of expertise include – systems analysis and design; software development; change management; contract management; business process design; the management of third-party alliances; and staff skills development.

Immediately before joining SAS, Graham Puglisi was a New South Wales Practice Director with Oracle Australia, managing the resourcing and delivery of business solutions for tier-one Oracle customers. Before that he was NSW Practice Manager, consulting to clients implementing Oracle, PeopleSoft and JD Edwards software.

Earlier, he had held senior management positions with the Australian arm of SPL World Group Consulting and Computer Automated Business Systems.

Graham Puglisi earned his Batchelor of Applied Science degree with Honours at the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Computing Science.
