Warid Telecom decided to go with SAS top of the line solution offerings for the telecom industry which included SAS Enterprise Business Intelligence server and SAS Data Integration server in order to full fill its reporting requirements. The focus of this project is to address Warid’s immediate need of an analytical application and ETL tool by providing a quick win BI platform which would allow sophisticated Power Users as well as business End Users to produce reports or conduct ad-hoc analysis on information stored in OLAP cubes or in the data mart.
