Under Ms. Choon's leadership, the Marketing Department’s contribution to WWF-Malaysia's total income has increased by more than 30% each year. These funds help enable WWF-Malaysia to undertake more than 75 projects covering a diverse range of environmental protection work. Thomas Spiller He started his career in 1993 working two years in the communication and information department in the office of the French Prime Minister, Mr. Edouard Balladur. Thomas then spent the next eight years as government affairs manager for AREVA, the world leader in nuclear power, with assignments in Paris, Washington, Tokyo and finally Brussels. He was notably in charge of economics, waste management, security and societal aspects of nuclear energy. Building on his energy expertise, Thomas then worked for five years for GE (General Electric) at their European Headquarters in Brussels. As Counsel for European Affairs, he represented GE Energy, GE Oil and Gas as well as GE Aviation to the European Union where he was active in shaping policy that led to the current EU energy and environmental policies being discussed in Brussels. Thomas Spiller is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU) and is a frequent speaker in international business and policy circles with experience at the European Commission, European Parliament, World Economic Forum, International Maritime Organization, North Atlantic Treaty Organization, Transatlantic Policy Network, Center for European Policy Studies. |

Michael Hui He has over 20 years of experience in building businesses and brands in the financial services industry, and prior to The Royal Bank of Scotland Bhd had worked for Standard Chartered Bank, Overseas Union Bank (now part of UOB Group, Singapore), HSBC Bank and Affin Bank Bhd based in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Myanmar (Burma) covering many of the Asia Pacific countries. |

Jae H. Park Leveraging on his seventeen years of industry experience, Jae has worked closely with some of the largest companies in the financial services industry to ensure that they are maximizing their investment in information technology to compete in today’s networked economy. Prior to Teradata, he served as the Asia South Director for the Financial Services Industry for Sun Microsystems Pte Ltd (“Sun”) and Asia Pacific Director for the Financial Services Industry for Lotus Development Corporation (“Lotus”), a unit of IBM. Jae graduated from Northwestern University (Chicago, IL USA) in 1991 where he majored in Economics and Latin American Politics. |

Pat Medapa Pat holds an MBA (Fin) and is a science graduate. He has extensive ORM (Operational Risk Management) domain and solution development and implementation experience. He has been involved in the ORM field for over twelve years and has worked at consulting and technology solution providers in the US and India. Pat has served as the functional lead in product development and pre sales at a leading operational risk management solution provider. He also served as a key consultant in AMA capital estimation projects at banks in the US, France, Germany and Australia. He was part of a three member team that delivered capital estimation consulting projects at banks that include Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, National Australia Bank, Bayersiche Landesbank and Deutsche Bank. Pat was also engagement manager of solution implementation projects at various regional North American banks such as Banque National du Canada, Capital One and Old National. Most recently he drove a successful solution implementation at Interbank in Peru and also played a key functional role in the phased solution implementation of an RCSA module across Citigroup. |

C S Lee CS comes with over 20 years in the IT industry, of which 15 years were spent on database management, data warehousing and infrastructure technologies. His tenure with technology manufacturers took him through industry icons such as Oracle, Informix and ArdentSoftware, managing local as well as regional positions. It is therefore not surprising that he acquired a keen interest in the fields of data acquisition and quality assurance. CS today runs a company providing clients with specialized services to handle data usage and quality assurance. Having some of the largest local and regional organizations as clients, CS and his team have proven that clients benefit from "our single-minded focus and passion in data acquisition, integration and quality assurance" to help achieve expected ROI from large IT investments. |

Dr Choong Yeow Wei Dr Choong is the Vice President of HELP University College. He is also the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Science and Multimedia at the University College. Dr Choong obtained his Bachelor and Master degrees from the University of Malaya. He completed his PhD at Université de Cergy Pontoise (France). Currently, Dr Choong is the co-chairman of EXPEDO Research Group under the France-Asia ICT collaboration programme. This programme is funded by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Dr Choong’s research interests are in the areas of Data Warehousing, Data Mining, Multidimensional Databases and Search Algorithms. He has published over 30 technical papers in journals of which many were presented at international conferences. |

Kevin Kuan Kevin Kuan from Dell has over 10 years of local and regional experience in enterprise-wide solutions such as Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Data Mining. In his capacity as Strategic Director, Kuan is responsible for the direction and application of analytics in identifying risks and opportunities among customers. Additionally, he is also responsible for delivering insightful customer intelligence for making solid business decisions and executing effective marketing campaigns. |

Prof. Dato' Dr.Mohd Azmi Omar He is the author of several publications and research papers. He has undertaken consultancy work on Islamic Banking and Interest Free Banking for several Malaysian commercial banks and finance companies. He is also one of the examiners of Islamic Accounting, Auditing and Banking Practice (AIA Module F) for the Association of International Accountants (AIA), UK and a member of Investment Committee of Bank Simpanan Nasional Unit Trust Fund. Prior to joining the University in 1985, Prof. Azmi was a Bank Officer at Bank Bumiputra Berhad. |

Tan Bee Kee Tan Bee Kee lead Information Management for HP Consulting & Integration Services in APJ, which includes BI/CRM practice. Bee Kee is responsible for the development of the BI/CRM Solutions which includes Customer Service Frontoffice, Sales Automation and Business Intelligence & Analytics consulting services for Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific. Bee Kee has over 18 years of work experience in the IT industry, with her major focus being on the provision of CRM and BI solutions in the banking, finance, insurance and telecommunications industries. Bee Kee holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) in Computer Science from Melbourne University. She is certified as a Call Center International Advisory Council (CIAC) Strategic Leader, and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute. |
