SAS launches new industry solutions - April 30, 2003

Catering to the specific needs of telecom, banking and insurance sectors, business intelligence major SAS announced the launch of SAS (R) industry intelligence solutions. With global giants like Sprint, Telekom Italia, Telstra, American Express, Citibank, HSBC and Sunalliance  already  in  its  basket,   the company said the new products would provide cutting edge solution to telecom, banking and insurance companies. The SAS(R) industry intelligence solutions would be marketed as packaged applications that contain embedded domain expertise, a release said.
