Aligning with this commitment, we established a new division - "Customer Care" in April 2009, which is mainly to serve for the existing customers in Hong Kong.

SAS Enterprise Guide® Expiration Dates

SAS Enterprise Guide software has a built-in expiration date, which is generally five to six years after it has been released.  Please check your current EG version and its expiration date.  To fix the issue, you would need to consider either to apply the hotfix or upgrade (Note: EG 4.2 is compatible to SAS 9.2).
