SAS holds performance management workshop in Toronto »
On May 22, SAS Canada held a performance management workshop for about 25 healthcare and government employees, who came to learn about the role of a strategy map in the balanced scorecard design process and about how to translate their organizations’ strategic goals and key performance indicators into a strategy map. The workshop involved a three-hour interactive session, which many felt provided a lot of practical information that they could take back and apply within their organizations.

SAS provides an enterprise strategic reporting system that accurately monitors progress toward organizational goals. It measures, monitors and evaluates performance relative to employee and physician retention, internal operations and clinical care, market share growth, revenue growth and productivity enhancement.

SAS Performance Management for healthcare combines SAS statistical capabilities with SAS data access and reporting capabilities in a platform that helps leaders of hospital and healthcare systems improve business management.
