(TPS) methodology

day-to- day role or in an upcoming project;
- Their current level of knowledge

Mining, Risk Analysis);
- Previous SAS training; and,
- The training they feel they
need to be successful.
Information from these meetings is consolidated for review by your management
teams to ensure alignment with the objectives and budgetary guidelines.
Priority can be determined by individual, role and area of training,
while the overall departmental training plans can be optimized by utilizing
several training delivery methods.

When similar training is required by several staff, onsite training for
your team can be arranged to achieve optimal results. In situations
where only one or two individuals need specific training on domain
or industry knowledge, that training may be delivered through SAS’ public
course offerings, one-on-one mentoring or through e-Learning.
