Nela has over 20 years of experience in database technology management,
and business application system design and development. Before joining Intrawest
in 1999, Nela was a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to
that, she was working for Energoinvest DD, a leading engineering, research
and development company in former Yugoslavia, that specializes in fields of
energy, mechanical and process technology, automation, information and telecommunication.
Jill Dyché, Partner and Co-founder, Baseline
Consulting
Jill is a partner and co-founder of Baseline
Consulting, a technology
and management consulting firm specializing in data integration and business
analytics. She is an internationally recognized lecturer and writer on
the business value of technology. Jill provides expertise in the areas
of data management, CRM, master data management, and data governance,
and has helped companies like Verizon, American Express, and Charles
Schwab develop their customer information strategies.
Her work has been
featured in the Wall Street Journal, The Chicago Tribune, CIO Magazine,
and Newsweek.com. Jill is a faculty member of TDWI, a columnist for DM
Review, and owns the CDI, MDM, and Data Governance Channel on BI Network.
She is the author of e-Data (Addison Wesley) and The
CRM Handbook (Addison
Wesley), the best-seller on the topic. Jill’s latest book, Customer
Data Integration: Reaching a Single Version of the Truth (Wiley) was co-authored
by Baseline Partner Evan Levy.
Rob Wilson, Solutions Specialist, SAS
Rob has 14 years of experience in database marketing and campaign management.
Before joining SAS in 2008, Rob was the Manager of Campaign Execution and
Analysis in the CRM department at Intrawest ULC. Previous to that, Rob held
various database marketing positions with TELUS and Club Intrawest. Rob has
a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from McMaster University.
Goktug “Gea” Yorulmaz, Solutions Specialist, SAS
Goktug (Gea) has 6 years of experience working in the data quality industry.
Prior to moving to SAS Canada, Goktug worked at DataFlux as the lead tester for
their platform suite of products for Data Quality and Data Governance. He has
worked in academia as a Teacher Assistant for Software Engineering courses at
North Carolina State University.
