Tony brings over 14 years of experience from a financial services IT environment while working at Canada Trust. Tony has spent the last 11 years in senior roles within the business intelligence and CRM enterprise solution market place.

Tony has been involved in successful implementations of business intelligence, CRM, marketing automation, campaign management, data warehousing, data management, data mining and analytics, providing him with an objective view of these various markets and how they work together for a complete customer experience. His focus today is on understanding how to implement analytical centric platforms which enable the ready access of information to enrich customer experience.

Alan GormleyAlan Gormley

Alan works with customer organizations across Europe, helping them define and refine their Customer Intelligence strategy. For the last 6 years he has lead the EMEA region Customer Intelligence strategy for SAS. In this period the landscape has progressed from small, niche players to see SAS emerge as an industry leader. He has worked in all major customer focused industries to embed Customer Intelligence into business process, leveraging best practices from across multiple industries.

Alan brings 17 years experience in the IT industry, initial focusing on travel and leisure ERP systems to developing Customer Data Warehouses in the insurance industry within both the UK and the Middle East. As a part of the SAS Customer Intelligence Management team, Alan is responsible for aligning SAS strategy and approach to market with client needs and advancements across Europe.

Norman WebbNorman Webb
Business Development Manager – SAS Global Customer Intelligence Practice
Norman has been a leading member of the SAS’ CRM Solutions business for nearly 6 years. Norman has considerable experience in working in the technology sector; he spent over 15 years with IBM UK, where he was responsible for a wide range of business solutions in the financial services, telecommunications and local government sectors. Following this, he worked throughout Europe with leading technology firms in the sale and delivery of advanced sales training programs prior to joining Intrinsic, the specialist Campaign Management market leader during the 1990’s.

Norman formally joined SAS in early 2001. His experience in a wide range of business sectors has helped SAS Customer Intelligence Solutions to achieve acceptance and considerable success across Europe. In 2007, SAS established the Global CI Practice and Norman moved into the Business Enablement Group, focusing on the collation and use of Best Practice for SAS CI Groups world-wide helping their customers evaluate and implement SAS Solutions to better understand, acquire and retain their customers through the use of increasingly sophisticated Customer Intelligence techniques and processes.

Len PtakLen Ptak
Vice President – Industry Consulting & Business Development
Len Ptak joined Teradata Canada in 1997 and has served as Vice President of Industry Consulting since 2003. He is responsible for Teradata Canada’s industry consulting group supporting Finance, Communications, Retail, Travel and Transportation, Government and Manufacturing. Mr. Ptak is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and has presented at numerous conferences around the globe.
