The Premier Business Leadership Series, ANTWERP, BELGIUM (Jun. 15, 2011) – The number one bank in the United Arab Emirates, the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD), will leverage market-leading technologies from Teradata, (NYSE: TDC), the world's largest company focused on data warehousing, and SAS, the leader in business analytics software and services, to gain a single enterprise view across the organization. This will help the bank maintain market leadership in corporate banking and expand its retail segment by speeding insight and decision making through rapid analysis of its customer behavior.
“With the help of SAS and Teradata, we will be able to better analyze customer behavior trends, as well as evaluate the profitability of our Corporate and Consumer banking divisions with drill-down capabilities to customer, channel, relationship and product profitability,” said Saher Arar, the Deputy Chief Information Officer at NBAD.
