SAS launches enhanced customer intelligence suite at NRF 2011
NRF 100th Annual Convention and EXPO, NEW YORK (Jan. 10, 2011) – Chico's FAS Inc. (NYSE: CHS) can better reach sophisticated female customers by automating and better targeting marketing campaigns with SAS® OnDemand: Marketing Automation. SAS OnDemand: Marketing Automation's cost-effective, hosted model lets customers create marketing campaigns more quickly, gaining a single view of the customer across multiple brands and insights into strategy and segmentation. For Chico's, SAS OnDemand: Marketing Automation tripled the lift on a campaign to regain lapsed customers and improved cross promotion throughout all brands. Using SAS to help plan its 2009 holiday promotions, Chico's reported a $17 million profit versus a $42 million loss in the same quarter in 2008.
SAS OnDemand: Marketing Automation joins the enhanced SAS Customer Intelligence suite. Among the many enhancements, better integration of online analytics and offline sources will let customers synchronize marketing activities across the enterprise.
