SAS named to Top 25 Employers list in ItalyList recognizes companies with best HR practicesMILAN, ITALY (Apr. 08, 2010) – SAS Italy has been named a Top 25 Employer by CRF Italia. The leader in business analytics software and services was recognized at an event held in at the Palazzo dei Giureconsulti, a 16-century palace in Milan. The Top Employers project highlights the best practices in human resources. Participants are judged according to the scores obtained in multiple areas: company culture, job conditions, talent development, innovation and social commitment. The results of the project, based on the corporate profiles prepared by independent journalists and extensive research conducted by CRF, show what makes a company great. SAS Italy Human Resources Director Elena Panzera said she was thrilled about the award. “I’m proud to be the manager of Human Resources at SAS, a company firmly committed to rewarding the individual, emphasizing talent and maximizing each person’s potential.” At SAS the quality of the working environment and the quality of business are strictly related, she adds. “The company rewards people through a positive and stimulating working environment, so as to integrate company needs with the professional and personal needs of employees.” CRF Italia is part of The CRF Institute, the independent organisation behind the Top Employers projects.
