SAS one of best workplaces in Italy for Great Place To Work® Institute 2012MILAN (Dec. 23, 2011) – SAS is among the top 12 companies to work for in Italy, according to the Great Place To Work® Institute , a research company specializing in evaluating workplaces. This is the third year that SAS Italy participated in the annual survey, which has been published for more than ten years in Italy. Dialogue among employees, communication, transparency, work-life balance, total compensation – these are just some ingredients taken into account in drawing up the Italian charts, in which SAS ranked 12. "Being ranked among the top 12 companies on the Great Place to Work list confirms the success of the initiatives we have already undertaken and is a stimulus to continue in this direction," said Marco Icardi, CEO of SAS Italy, "SAS never loses sight of the uniqueness of the individual or the national context. We preserve at the country level the benefits and guarantees that have been established at the corporate level." SAS' ranking rose from 27 in 2010.
