SAS among CRF "China's Top Employers" for fourth consecutive year
BEIJING (Jan. 31, 2011) – SAS China has again been named one of China's Top Employers® 2011. The listing is sponsored by CRF Institute, one of the world's leading research institutions in the field of HR, leadership and strategy. This is the fourth consecutive year SAS China has been recognized. Meanwhile, SAS remains No.1 on FORTUNE magazine's annual 100 Best Companies to Work For in America list, thanks to its investment in long-term employees-oriented policies. SAS has been on the FORTUNE list every year since it was established in 1998.
The survey that results in China's Top Employers ®2011" is jointly sponsored by CRF Institute together with CEIBS, SFSC, Hay Group, Manager Magazine, and Zhilian Zhaopin. Following an overall assessment of HR policy and practice among hundreds of excellent companies in China, 450 were nominated for more extensive research. When the results were analyzed, 30 organizations stood out from the rest based on the highest international standards.
SAS showed particularly excellent performance in the five areas of HR policy – Primary Benefits, Secondary Benefits & Working Conditions, Training & Development, Career Opportunities and Company Culture. As a result, SAS China was recognized by the judging panel and officially granted by CRF the patent certification of "China's Top Employers® 2011" to commend the outstanding achievement over the past year of the 30 select companies.
