FreshDirect and Gilt Groupe discuss customer analytics at CRM Evolution 2011
CARY, NC (Aug. 01, 2011) – SAS, the leader in business analytics software and services, announced today that executives from Gilt Groupe and FreshDirect will lead sessions on the use of customer analytics to drive marketing at CRM Evolution 2011. SAS, a platinum sponsor of CRM Evolution 2011, will demonstrate SAS® Social Media Analytics, SAS® Marketing Automation and SAS® for Customer Experience Analytics in Booth 517. CRM Evolution 2011 takes place Aug. 8-10 at the Hilton New York.
Tamara Gruzbarg, Senior Director of Analytics and Research at Gilt Groupe, will present on Monday, Aug. 8 at 2:15 p.m. (Track A104). Gruzbarg will present "Customer Focused Sales and Service" which discusses how Gilt Groupe gathers, analyzes and reports customer data to provide marketers and executives with timely information to drive business decisions.
Aaron Cano, Vice President of Marketing Planning, Analysis and Operation at FreshDirect will present "Keeping Marketing Fresh with Customer Analytics" on Tuesday, Aug. 9 at 12:30 p.m. Cano will discuss how companies, including FreshDirect, can use customer data to drive marketing efforts.
On Wednesday, Aug. 10, at 9 a.m. John Bastone, Global Product Marketing Manager for SAS Customer Intelligence, will appear on "The Intelligent Contact Center" panel to discuss the role technology will play in driving the future of the intelligent contact center.
