SAS in top three "Best Workplaces in Belgium" for the third time running

Successful 360-degree view of career planning and development

TERVUREN, BELGIUM   (Mar. 16, 2011)  – SAS Belgium captured second place in the Top 10 Best Workplaces for companies with fewer than 500 employees. It is the third time in a row that the leader in business analytics has achieved a top-three ranking. In Belgium, this research program is conducted by Vlerick's HRM Centre in conjunction with the Great Place to Work® Institute Europe.

Best Workplace rankings are based on two criteria:

• The response of workers at the Great Place to Work Trust Index©, a staff survey developed by the Great Place to Work Institute.
• A presentation submitted by the company that describes the strategy and actions the company uses to establish itself as a "Great Place to Work."

SAS is not only recognized as Best Employer or Top Employer in Belgium. SAS' HR policy also gained wide recognition in other countries.
