SAS® Cross-Sell and Up-Sell

Given today's intense market pressures, organizations must find more effective ways to cross-sell and up-sell to new and existing customers in order to improve campaign response rates, generate more revenue and, ultimately, improve customer loyalty.

Then, by comparing new customers to these profiles, SAS predicts which customers are likely to follow the same paths. These predictions allow marketers to deliver more targeted and effective communications to the right customers.
