View Archived Webcast

The need to communicate more effectively with customers continues to grow, but marketing budgets and other resources often do not, which limits the number of offers that can be extended. Unfortunately, a lack of an effective method for determining which customer should receive which communication results in ROIs that continue to fall short of expectations.

Join SAS and featured speaker Kim Collins, research director for Gartner, for a live Webcast on the significance of marketing optimization in today’s marketplace. Discover how critical marketing optimization is to effective customer communication, and how it can position your marketing organization for success.

In addition, discover how SAS® Marketing Optimization can help your organization optimize customer communications based on your business constraints:

  • Reach the right customer through the best channel, given your available resources.
  • Enforce your customer contact policy by optimizing multiple campaigns and offers simultaneously.
  • Understand the economic impact of your resource constraints, and get fact-based analysis on how to best allocate your resources.
  • Conduct what-if scenario analyses to simulate alternative campaign strategies so you can understand the profit potential of your marketing campaigns before they're executed.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to learn how SAS can help you take your marketing organization from efficient to remarkable.
