Registration and Fees
The conference fee is complimentary (a $2,500 value). This is an international conference designed exclusively for senior executives (director level and up) from public and private organizations and is by invitation only. By completing conference registration, you are requesting attendance at this event – it does not guarantee you a space.
Hotel arrangements are the responsibility of individual conference guests.
For your convenience, SAS has secured a guaranteed conference daily rate of $221 plus taxes at Caesars Palace. This rate is based on availability and subject to change without notice.
A second block of rooms exists for government employees at a rate of $112 per night plus taxes. Proof of government identification will be required at check-in. You may make your hotel arrangements during the conference registration process.
Any reservation request received after Sept. 20 will be accepted on a "space available" basis and will be charged at the prevailing hotel rate. The guaranteed conference rate can be applied to stays that begin before the conference or extend after it, and is subject to availability.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time at Caesar's Palace is 3 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 5 p.m. Friday – Sunday. Check out time is 11 a.m. Any departures after 11 a.m. are subject to the full day charge. Luggage storage will be available on-site.

Meals and Socials
There will be a welcome reception and dinner on Tuesday, Oct. 26, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at PURE Nightclub. Join your fellow attendees to kick off The Series - Las Vegas.
Refreshments will be available in the Networking Hall throughout the conference.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Wednesday, Oct. 27, and Thursday, Oct. 28.
Travel arrangements are the responsibility of individual conference guests. American Airlines is the official airline for The Premier Business Leadership Series.
Caesars Palace is within minutes of McCarran International Airport. Whether you travel on the monorail, take a taxi or use the free shuttle, getting around during your stay is easy.
Conference Attire and Weather
Conference attire is business during the day and business casual during the evening.
