  • Registration and Fees
    The conference fee is complimentary (a value of £1620, or €1802). This is an exclusive, invitation-only event for senior executives (director-level and up) from public and private organisations.   • Important Information About Hotel Checkout
    Please be aware that checkout time at Grosvenor House is 12:00. If you do not check out at hotel registration by 12:00, you will be charged for an additional full night’s stay. Complimentary luggage storage will be available on-site.
  • Meals and Socials
    You won't want to miss the welcome reception on the evening of 5 May, held at the British Museum on Great Russell Street. Transportation will be provided from Grosvenor House to the reception and back to the hotel afterward.

    About the British Museum
    The British Museum is one of the world’s largest and most comprehensive museums of human history. Its collection of more than 7 million pieces of art and artefacts draws from all seven continents, illustrating and documenting the story of human culture from its very beginning to the present day. Highlights of the permanent collection include the legendary Rosetta Stone, an unparalleled array of objects from Greek and Roman antiquity, and the largest and most complete collection of Egyptian artefacts outside the Museum of Cairo in Egypt.

    An attendee reception also will be held in the Networking Hall on 6 May.

    Refreshments will be available in the Networking Hall throughout the conference. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Wednesday, 6 May and Thursday, 7 May.

    This travel discount is valid for travel to and from London’s Heathrow Airport from 4 May to 9 May, 2009.

    Ground transportation will be provided to and from the Welcome Reception at the British Museum as well as to and from dinner events from all conference hotels. Transportation departs from conference hotels at 18:30 and will return starting at 21:30. Taxi service is also available at each hotel for a nominal fee. More detailed information about transportation will be available as the conference dates approach.
  • Conference Attire and Weather
