Conference Logistics
The following is a brief overview of logistics associated with The Series – Las Vegas. If you have any questions about this event, please send an e-mail to theseries@sas.com.

  • Registration and Fees
    The conference fee is complimentary (a $2,500 value). This invitation-only event is designed to facilitate thought leadership and networking among senior executives (director level and up). The business issues that will be addressed generally affect organizations with revenues of $300 million and above.

    By completing conference registration, you are requesting attendance at this event – it does not guarantee you a space.
  • Meals and Socials
    You won't want to miss the welcome reception and dinner, held poolside at the Temple Pool on Tuesday evening. A closing reception will also be held in the Networking Hall on Thursday afternoon.

    Refreshments will be available in the Networking Hall throughout the conference.

    Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Wednesday, Oct. 28, and Thursday, Oct. 29.
  • Hotel and Travel Information
    Hotel arrangements are the responsibility of individual conference guests. For your convenience, SAS has secured a guaranteed conference daily rate of $221 plus taxes at Caesars Palace and includes rooms in the newly renovated Augustus, Palace and Forum Towers. This rate is based on availability and subject to change without notice. A second block of rooms exists for government employees at a rate of $112 per night plus taxes.

    Any reservation request received after Sept. 21 will be accepted on a "space available" basis and will be charged at the prevailing hotel rate. The guaranteed conference rate can be applied to stays that begin before the conference or extend after it, and is subject to availability.

  • Travel Information
    Travel arrangements are the responsibility of individual conference guests. American Airlines is the official airline for The Premier Business Leadership Series.

    To make your flight reservations, contact the American Airlines Meetings Services Desk at 800-433-1790 (toll-free for US residents only), or book online at www.aa.com. Please use authorization number A31H9AD. Some restrictions apply.
  • Transportation
    Caesars Palace is within minutes of McCarran International Airport. Whether you travel on the monorail, take a taxi or use the free shuttle, getting around during your stay is easy.
  • Conference Attire and Weather
    Conference attire is business during the day and business casual during the evening.

  • Visas
