Distribution Effectiveness in Financial Services - "Who's in Your Network?"
In today's demanding economy, where more and more customers are dissatisfied with the service they receive from financial services providers, there is both a challenge and opportunity for the industry.
The Challenge: Customers and employees are demanding the functionality they are accustomed to from their personal IT experience.
The Opportunity: Enterprises must break away from legacy roots and leverage new technology to raise the bar on their IT performance.
The best performing organizations will be those that develop capabilities in IT execution as well as consistently investing—in good times and bad—in IT innovation. This discussion will identify historic distribution challenges, highlight alternate ways to approach the issues and review opportunities for meaningful change.
