The On-Demand Generation
Newer Web technologies that allow for better user interaction, a heavy slant on social networking and advanced technology in the home are making it difficult for organizations to keep up on a number of fronts.

Current and future generations globally are adept at learning Web-based and mobile technology and will only become more immersed in it. If we choose to do nothing or take a lukewarm approach to these trends, we are bound to be at a strategic disadvantage over the long term when attracting new customers or employees and will even limit ourselves in business-to-business relationships with agile partners and service providers.

This forum is to discuss the current trends, risks associated with not factoring them into technology plans and some potential approaches to adopting a few of the more established trends.

Speaker: Yuri Aguiar, Senior Partner, Chief Technology Officer, Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide

About The Speaker
Over the last four years as a senior partner for one of the world’s largest advertising agencies, Yuri Aguiar has been intimately involved with the research and deployment of emerging technologies, among numerous other responsibilities. He believes that the biggest challenge is to pre-empt the need for special technologies, find them and then develop them for large-scale deployment.
