JMP Software: Fundamentals of JMP Genomics

Duration: 0.5 day

Please join the development team for a morning training session focusing on introducing new users to working with data in JMP Genomics. The workshop will cover defining an experimental design, importing data, and using quality control processes to detect outliers. Basic expression workflows including normalization and ANOVA will also be discussed. Other example workflows will be covered, including copy number analysis, basic association genetics, and expression. The workshop will focus on features added for 3.1 and 3.2. Additional topics may be included to meet user interest.
