Car rental companies are located in the center of the baggage claim area at the airport. All cars are located outside of the terminal area and every rental agency provides their own airport courtesy shuttle to transport customers to/from their lots.Taxi cabs
Taxi cabs are available outside on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1 through 5. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist you. Please keep in mind taxis will not accept credit card payments. There is a $1.20 charge on all fare originating from the airport. Weather
The Las Vegas climate is warm in October, with an average low of 60 degrees and average high of 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Be sure to bring a jacket or sweater as temperatures inside the meeting rooms can be considerably cooler.Other items of note
- Recording devices, including video and audio, are not permitted in conference sessions or training classes.
- For security reasons, SAS does not allow access to the internet or to e-mail from classroom computers. The Internet Pavilion will be available throughout the conference for your personal use.
- Attendees are not allowed to have children or guests accompany them in the conference or training.
